Office Manager

Julie joined PushON in July 2012 as Office Manager/Administrator bringing with her several years of managerial experience and a background in Quality Assurance & Accreditation Schemes. Julie has been responsible for finding and setting up our new office which we shall be moving into early in 2013.

Julie ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently, maintain the office environment; health and safety administration; leads recruitment campaigns and inductions; liaising with accountant, bank reconciliation; handling both sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments; administers money claims and other financial paperwork and filing.

Other responsibilities include: customer relations, event co-ordination; arranging travel and accommodation; training; admin support and other general office duties.

Outside of work Julie enjoys spending quality time with her family & friends.
