I was just searching on Google.co.uk when I came across this:

Google Clickable META Descriptions

The META description of The Guardian which would typically be static text has appeared with 3 clickable links to recent news articles on the website. This also works for other big news websites such as The Telegraph and The New York Times.

Previously there have been clickable links within META Descriptions in the form of “Jump to:” anchor links on large authoratitive websites such as Wikipedia, but this is the first time I have come across this.
