There seems to be a large number of people that are confused as to whether this is real, internal, moral boosting, back slapping, motivational tool or a tounge in cheek viral marketing ploy. I'm convinced it's the latter, and a great piece of viral marketing it is to. The fact that some people are confused I think says quite a lot about the perseption of the Microsoft corporation though.
