		<description>Dan&#039;s comments really resonate with me. Social Media channels are complex and you can argue for and against any KPI you choose to measure and how that impacts your business/brand. Are &#039;Likes&#039; on Facebook really valuable and if they are, what&#039;s their value, and importantly what&#039;s their lifetime value, so how much resource should we be spending to get them? I&#039;m a believer in the strength and importance of Social Media as a brand awareness and lead/sales conversion tool, and more accurate measuring tools and techniques of analysis will help me tell other people why!! ...now that&#039;s annoying for someone who likes to be right ;-)</description>
