I dont think you necessarily nee4d to be techie to recruit in a techie market. I think you need to take time to understand language. The amount of spammy CV submissions we receive for .Net developers amazes me.(or similar). We dont touch .Net. Never will, never have. Why not have a look at the target before you make a contact?

Less of a mission than you might think. There’s two points:
The recruitment industry is necessary but needs to reform its’ practice. Being in recruitment does not mean that you shouldn’t adhere to standards of conduct.
Listen. Two requests sent to them to ask them to stop sendingme stuff. Why are they bothering if they aren’t listening to our response?

I hate recruitment agencies, especially those who employ non-techie people to techie recruiting posts….
