We recently exhibited at eCommerce Expo Manchester, where our very own Simon Wharton, spoke to a packed floor on ‘Building an Overarching eCommerce Strategy.’
His talk discussed how online business finds itself faced with unprecedented online growth and opportunity but is all too often constrained by lack of resource. He explained that having an overarching view of your clients, how you can speak to them and service them will you help understand how to apply the resource to where you can win quickly and prioritise resourcing, development and training.

Overall, the show was a coming together of what felt like the entire Northwest’s eCommerce ecosystem – eCommerce agencies, technology providers, hosting companies, and more, all providing a brilliant environment within which patrons could learn, network and takeaway. Our sales team spent two productive days consulting with a broad range of clients across the B2B and B2C space while taking the opportunity to catch up with old friends and close partners.
