PushON along with TrustPilot and dotmailer recently delivered a seminar on what trust means in this world of multiple touchpoints with a brand. How do we build a holistic view of our customers when each customer has a very different means of interacting with your brand and differing expectations of what they want from you?
We delivered this seminar over half a day in both London and Manchester to an engaged audience with a range of needs.
