Adobe Commerce (Magento) UX Design
An Adobe Commerce (Magento) UX design agency focussed on conversionPushON has been building and designing Adobe Commerce (Magento) frontends since 2008. The frontend of an eCommerce website and its associated usability are among the most important aspects of an Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementation. The UX Design team at PushON has over 15 years of prototyping, designing, and enhancing Adobe Commerce (Magento) eCommerce websites.
User Experience (UX) Design
Our UX design team are incorporated into many services, including Platform Development, Technical Support, Development Retainer and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). Their focus is ensuring that new platform developments and ongoing feature releases are optimally designed to provide the best user experience. In addition to this, coupled with our CRO service, the UX design team can use data to inform improvements and enhancements to existing features to drive engagement and conversion.
The UX design service is managed by a project manager responsible for keeping the UX design project on track and appropriately resourced. Alongside the project manager, a senior UX designer will be involved in scoping, prototyping and delivering the task within a larger platform development or as part of a new feature release within one of the retainer services.
PushON has been designing Adobe Commerce (Magento) frontends since 2008, with a wide range of complex brand, audience and functional requirements.

UX Design Workflow
Prior to commencing any new project, the UX design team produces a design system that provides an underlying framework for production of any new components on the Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementation. The design system acts as a reference point for all UI aspects.
Each UX design task follows a similar workflow, with the scope being defined alongside a business analyst before proceeding into prototyping and final designs. Where possible the UX design team work closely with our analytics experts to ensure that data is tracked to monitor performance following deployment of any new feature, so results can be analysed.

Adobe Commerce (Magento) Frontend
Adobe Commerce (Magento) has multiple options for frontend implementations; traditional Luma-based themes, Hyvä themes or Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). Our UX design team are familiar with each, and their strengths as well as potential limitations. Each prototype produced is validated by a business analyst and certified frontend developer, to ensure that the UX has not been over-engineered, and is technically achievable.
