In 2023 our Senior Technical SEO Specialist, Kestra Walker, and our Managing Director, Sam Rutley, took to the stage to speak about integrating Adobe Commerce and marketing. This year, our Associate Director of Marketing, Alex Hogan, spoke about navigating CPC surges in the PPC space.

Over the last few years, customer acquisition costs have increased significantly, and it has become increasingly harder to convert users. As digital advertisers, we constantly face shifts in costs per click (CPC) in our accounts; some of these shifts are within our control, and some are not. In Alex’s talk, he ran through the common causes of CPC surges and outlined strategies that we can implement to navigate these tricky and expensive periods on our accounts, as well as utilising a few real-life examples.
